Apologies that this site is outdated! I'm currently a postdoctoral associate in the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities Department of Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology. As a President's Postdoctoral Fellowship Program fellow, I plan to join my department as an assistant professor in fall 2025. I promise I will have an updated website by then.

Please reach out! I'm excited to continue building an aquatic ecology and management program driven by partnerships with tribes (I'm a descendant of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa), states (I worked for the MN DNR for three years as the AIS Research & Grants Coordinator), LGUs, communities, and organizations. Also, if you are a prospective graduate student, please email me for opportunities.

I'm especially interested in the thoughtful management of lakes, nonnative species/nonlocal beings, aquatic habitat, and water quality. I have two grants focusing on aquatic plant management and learning from zooplankton to better understand and manage fisheries and water quality. I'm always happy to talk more about where my quantitative background in freshwater ecology might overlap with management needs.
